What is Rolled Ice Cream?

Basically, it’s the freshest & tastiest ice cream, made your way, right away!
First a choice of vanilla or chocolate base is poured onto our frozen plate machine. Then you pick your favorite food items to chop in, such as pretzels, oreo cookies, wafers & more!  Then the ice cream is flattened & smoothed out & let to freeze @ -21 below! The ice cream is then scraped into rolls and then topped with your favorites, such as whipped cream, sprinkles, chocolate chips, pretzel crumbs & more! 
The grand finale is watching the rolling artist scrape it off the plate in sections that form graceful, delicate, and enticing rolls that are individually placed into a cup. You can also choose to let your guests make the ice cream themselves.
The finished treat is a masterpiece for the guests' eyes and taste buds to savor!

We offer an ever-evolving menu of freshly baked Mini Donuts with an appealing array of toppings, paired with your favorite chilled beverages & Rolled Ice Cream. You can enjoy watching us prepare your hand-made selections right in front of your eyes. Each mini donut is baked fresh using only the finest quality locally sourced ingredients, guaranteeing you the best hot mini donuts around.
Our range of appealing toppings include the traditional Powdered & Cinnamon sugar, Chocolate & Rainbow Sprinkles, Cookie Crumble, Pretzel Crumbs as well as Bavarian Cream, Jellies, Chocolate & Caramel sauce – all of which can be enjoyed with a scoop of freshly Rolled Ice Cream – our hot mini donut options are endless!
You can witness the entire Mini Donut making process from start to finish! We start out by mixing the dough long enough to make it moist & fluffy! Then the batter goes through our hopper and is dropped into our conveyer belt fryer. The donut is then flipped to make sure each side is equally fried to perfection. The final stage is selecting any combination of our appealing toppings for your Mini Donuts.

We serve all types of parties and events but mostly birthday parties, bar/bat mitzvahs, sweet 16s, weddings, corporate events, summer camps, school events, church and synagogue events and holiday get-togethers.

Typically we provide one attendant for each ice cream or donut machine. They load the ingredients, the machine makes it, and then the toppings are added.
